As a core member of the UB Web Management project, I worked on several teams tasked with everything from identifying a functionally suitable, user-friendly content management system to the creation of mental model based information architectures and user workflow. As the User Interface team lead I conducted an audit of enterprise-wide UI elements and functionality, eventually developing a highly-flexible web template and brand identity system for both academic and service-oriented websites. This work now serves as a model for brand standards and user experience for the entire university. Additionally, I contributed to much of the training documentation and resource materials on the UB Web Management site–beginning with drafting its initial site architecture and eventually producing and stewarding its content.
